Is it any wonder that women, especially women leaders, burn out at a cellular level?


Then the beauty and wellness commandments line up like unpaid bills.


Look beautiful. Drink more water. Eat more protein. Take xyz supplements. Work out. Lift weights. Sleep more. Look rested. Have glass skin. Don't look your age. Look fit.


It’s a carousel that never stops spinning, and women, especially those in leadership, public, or client-facing roles, are expected to smile through the nauseating jumps from one horse to another.


Why Beauty and Wellness Hacks Fail Women Leaders


Most beauty and wellness hacks don’t work because they’re not designed for the biology of women who are running on depleted nervous systems.


They fail to address the cortisol crashes, the lymphatic stagnation, the hormonal chaos, and the sheer neurological overload of being “always-on.” And sorry Carol, the cortisol cocktail will not fix it. (I also love to watch male 'experts' tell women how to navigate their biology.)
